The World Remembers is about remembrance, education and international understanding.

The World Remembers is a special presentation commemorating 100 years since the end of the First World War and those who sacrificed their lives to it. In the weeks leading up to Remembrance Day, the names of each of the Canadians who were killed in 1918, the final year of the First World War, will appear on the large screen of the 1^st floor at Central Library.
